Our bakers start in the evening. You get the results in the morning. Flour and AOP butter come directly from France — the same quality you would find in a Parisian boulangerie.

How we work

Overnight baking, morning delivery.

We are open seven days a week. Breads, cakes and pastries are handmade overnight so they leave the bakery at their best. Wholesale orders placed before 4pm — 3.45pm online — are baked for next-day delivery. Private orders are processed within two days.

Minimum order £10. Edinburgh delivery is £2, between 8am and 1pm.
