Ordering
Orders are taken through the website. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation. We aim to deal with orders within two days. Our minimum order is £10. Please make sure to put your address when ordering.

Shipping & payment
Everything is made by hand during the night. Shape and look can vary from one bake to the next — that is the point of real bread.
Order processing
Once the order has been processed, it is put in the system for the night production and next-day delivery. All our products are made fresh during the night by our bakers. As everything is made by hand, the shape and look of the products can vary.
For wholesale trade accounts, order by 4pm for next-day delivery. Private orders take two days to process.
Delivery
There is a £2 delivery and handling fee, as the order is packed into bags and boxes by our packing team. Delivery is between 8am and 1pm. The driver will present the order and take the basket away.
We deliver seven days a week, only within Edinburgh.
Pick up
You can pick up your order free of charge from Café Praline, 91 Leith Walk, EH6 5RX. Collection is Friday and Saturday between 10am and 12 noon, by appointment only.
If something is missing
We might have to remove products from an order if they are not suitable, because of quality or a shortage in production. Email us if you are missing any items and we will either refund or deliver the following day. Tell us about damage or missing items on the same day as delivery.
Payment
We use PayPal and Square. Payment has to be made at the time of ordering. Title in the goods stays with us until the order is paid in full.
Prices
We reserve the right to change our prices to reflect any change in prices from our suppliers, or an improvement made to our products. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. The full conditions of sale are on the terms page.
